Our Story
Dr. Lanika Buchanan and her husband, Max, began their journey by founding Health Moves, a multidisciplinary clinic in Washington State built around compassionate care, clinical excellence, and a deeply personal commitment to helping patients thrive. Over the next two decades, they grew Health Moves from a mobile practice into a respected, custom-built healthcare facility before successfully selling the practice. After their son graduated from college, Lanika and Max embraced a new chapter and moved across the country to New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Inspired by the community and their shared belief that better health should create greater freedom, they founded Ocean Park Wellness. Today, Ocean Park Wellness carries forward the heart of their original mission while offering a fresh, personalized approach to helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more fully engaged in their lives.
